Getting raid specced and geared

It has become apparent that we are going to need a ton of dps in order to raid T2 . We just weren't brining down the adds fast enough. However in order for the true DPS classes and those other classes specced for dps, to be able to do 100% of their damage potential w/o pulling aggro, they need to be wearing -hate suits. I believe there are 4 or 5 possible outcomes for yellow gems, so in order to craft a full 36 gem suit you may need to collect in excess of 150 yellow gems(of any level). This is going to be a major undertaking that even the lowbies in the guild can help out w/.

Secondly, If you haven't posted your raid spec in the raid roster, please do so. It would also be helpful if everyone that already posted can edit their post w/ a link to conanarmory.com or something so maybe we can help eachother get the most out of our raid spec. If we get to the point where we have more people available than 24 we may start showing preference to those that have submitted their character on the roster.

There are other gems that would be worth keeping:
Purifying - Poison Invul.
Sacrosanct - Unholy Invul.

These ones could be stored on an alt or in unbound Full Plate armor peices.


Possbily good for PVP:
Vengful - Holy DD (Reactive)
Sacred - Holy Dmg (Magic) (for PoMs)

Dusica and Xalphena are 2 master gem cutters (off the top of my head)
